・In order to disseminate the importance of IHL in Japan, Japan has taken initiatives to revitalize our National Committee on IHL by exchanging views on current issues on IHL among relevant ministries, Japanese Red Cross Society, the ICRC and various experts.
・Two workshops were held to train for the IHL dissemination, with the cooperation of the Japanese Red Cross Society, and about 70 people participated in those workshops.
・To revitalize the IHL National Committee, in cooperation with the Japanese Red Cross Society, we discussed on international humanitarian law issues, sharing information with its experts, related ministries and agencies.
