A new training programme is being developed for the reservists with different backgrounds in close cooperation between the Defence Command and the National Defence Training Association. Also the training cooperation with the Finnish Red Cross has been developed on the basis of the annual review of the already existing IHL training in the Finnish Defence Forces such as training of the conscripts, cadets and other students at the military university and training of the military crisis management personnel.
