Yes

Portugal has put into action measures to prevent and fight sexual violence during peacetime and wartime, including upholding appropriate legal and policy frameworks on these matters and adopting measures towards the prosecution of perpetrators and safeguarding adequate support for victims.
Members of the armed forces deployed to international missions follow rules of conduct regarding harassment and other forms of sexual and gender-based violence (be it towards fellow soldiers and officers, enemy members or civilians). In crises management operations – and particularly in activities related with disarming, demobilization and reintegration and the Reform of the Security Sector –, gender issues are at the center of operation planning and enactment.
