The British Red Cross has established a cross-directorate steering group led by our Chief Executive, and various workstreams are in progress as a result. Also within the British Red Cross’s International Directorate, we conducted a study on gender and diversity issues and are currently recruiting a Diversity and Inclusion Adviser.

Implementation will continue as detailed above and to ensure we continue to adhere to the pledge, through the adoption of relevant policies and practices.
