1- Provided the ARCS HCID Guideline and the purpose of the guideline is to answer three basic questions: a) What is HCID b) What can be done for HCID program c) Who should take action (which department)

2- Provide the HCID awareness brochure and distributed to the ARCS 7 Regional Coordination Zones and 34 provincial branches.

3- The relevant HCID documents and reports have been shared with all relevant departments.

4- The Emblem Law has been approved by the President of Afghanistan.

5- Many awareness articles and messages have been written and published in the ARCS magazine and newsletter

6- The HCID included in the ARCS Strategic Plan 2016-2020

7- The HCID included in the ARCS operational plan for taking actions by different department of ARCS

8- The Polio eradication MoU has been signed between ARCS and the Ministry of Public Health in the remote and insecure areas in Afghanistan which there is no access for the Government

9- The MoU for using the Movement Protective Emblem is signed between ARCS and MSF to use the emblem in its relevant hospitals and health clinics and other health facilities.
